Although JanSport offers a lifetime manufacture's warranty the extra strain on this particular lightweight backpack may cause discomfort to the wearer. You may want to look at the JanSport City View or JanSport Big Student styles. These backpacks will easily handle a 14 - 15 inch laptop.

Answer:	I use the bottle because it is easier for me to handle. I suffer from neurophysiology & have difficulty holding a jar & turning the cap. The bottle has a "snap top" opening that you just have to push one side of the top and it opens so you can squeeze the bottle to dispense.

Answer:	My 8 ounce bottle of Topricin arrived on 11/3/2015. The expiration date is 12/2019.

Answer:	KJ there really isn't much of an odor at all... If anything maybe a "Fresh" aromatherapy scent. But no knock down Menthol or Floral fragrance at all. I was very pleased with the instant relief, however, I had to apply many times because my relief was short lived. The only other problem was the bottle was ½ full. So with many applications and not sure full bottle, it was gone in about ten days! I'm gonna try the Outback Roll on and see if it works, if not, I'll be ordering another bottle of this. Answer:	I did not find this product to work for me at all. And I so wanted it to. I actually returned. But I would have to say yes it would dry out your feet. The only thing that seems to help me is aspercreme with lidocaine. I am not sure how agonizing your Neuropothy is even a little is bad enough, but if you have a mild case this product may work for you but I feel certain it would dry out the skin on your feet. I hope I have helped you and I wish you well because life with this is miserable and I feel your pain !

Answer:	It would fit, yes, but it would not be protected. This is a very thin nylon bag.

Answer:	I assume you paid around $600.00 for a ticket to go to Grenada right? From a tourism viewpoint I wish everyone could go to Grenada but for those who can't we have to bring the products to them and it costs money to do that. Its common sense really. One can probably fly to a vineyard in France and get a $70.00 bottle of champagne for $5.00, its just the way business works with add-on expenses of transport, customs etc. Its really not rocket science. So for the people who do not have the time to fly to Grenada to collect heir product we are happy to serve them with honesty and integrity within the realm of proper business ethics, which is what we do.
Question:	can it fit my laptop too
Answer:	Since 1987, I've had severe Rheumatoid Arthritis in all joints, and was also diagnosed with fibromyalgia. I work with my hands nearly every waking moment (mostly, mosaics and knitting). Without Topricin, I couldn't possibly pursue my handiwork. It's the only product that has accomplished what it's promised, and I've tried everything I thought might work, only to be disappointed. Oh, and I also use it nightly, to combat Restless Leg Syndrome; (without it, I'd get no sleep). I routinely pass on every, nearly empty bottle, to someone in pain. I rely on it...only wish I had discovered it in 1987!! By the way, I've used Topricin for inflammatory pain (arthritis, fibromyalgia, etc.), neuropathy, skin irritation, itching, restless leg syndrome, muscle spasms, pinched nerves, and post surgical pain. It's been a real blessing!!

Answer:	Yes, I just tested it with my husband's 32 oz nalgene bottle and it fit just fine.
Question:	How much weight will this hold, example high school/college books
Answer:	To be honest, I just don’t think the fabric is designed to be weight-bearing. I think heavy items like books will destroy it quickly and then you may be disappointed with its performance. The bag holds a decent amount of volume, but I think it’s more intended for lightweight items (clothing, water container, keys, wallet, maps, etc)
Question:	can it fit my laptop too
Answer:	I can fit my 16.6x11 inch laptop into it vertically, with space front and back for a few other items. My hp laptop is big and heavy. I worry about making the backpack too heavy, but haven't had a problem so far. I am disabled, use poles to help me keep my balance & walk, and do not drive, so I take the bus and/or walk so I use my backpack daily. Answers above re padding sound wise--hadn't thought of that issue. I do have a tablet with a protective case that would be more appropriate for "of base" use.
