They sent another and told us to keep what we had. The new one still had no charging port. I guess these Chinese knockoffs are made so cheap that they can send you more without profit in mind.

Answer:	The hip belt length varies between pack sizes. For the XS/S it will fit waist sizes 26"-45". For the S/M, it fits 27"-46".

Answer:	Well, I'm 6'5 ft, and it is definitely too high up on me.. I ended up getting a proper hiking pack for walks and camping (Osprey) - one that has an adjustable setup. This G4free backpack I now only use for gym and shorter travels where there isn't much walking involved.

Answer:	I don't think that it does. But, I use it quite often to carry my clothes and phone to and from work,plus,I use it to carry my groceries home from shopping so I know that it can contain a lot of stuff even if some of that stuff tends to be a bit heavy. If you treat it right,it will take care of you.
