Answer:	There are substantial differences with most online images FALSELY depict images of the better quality one while actually selling the cheaper version...dishonest and confusing .... the best way to judge is forget the k62238a/ k62238b reference (very bad branding consumer reference anyway)....and first look at the color......If it is dark GREEN (made from ballistic nylon, has rubberized zipper pulls, has 16" laptop compartment with Velcro and nylon lining, has pen holders on the right shoulder strap.If it is BLACK, usually cheaper, made of Polyester, has normal metal zipper pulls, has 17" laptop compartment, has silver polyester limning, no pen holders....The GREEN one is the better quality....I have purchased two of these each one lasts about 5years of everyday use....the Black one I purchased one which lasted less than one year due to inferior material quality and less features....Do not trust the images people upload ....the backpacks are quite different ....hope this helps you :-)

Answer:	Absolutely! There are several sections. I keep my laptop in the back, which also has plenty of space for files. There is another room section where I keep all of my cords, headset, and extras. The smallest section in the front holds pens, my mouse, and anything else small that I might need. There is also a pocket in the back near the handle that I use for my keys and umbrella. It's not quite shaped right for files but you can fit plenty of smallish things back there too.

Answer:	I never had problems with the wheels. I traveled every week with this bag for about 2 years, and the wheels never became sticky or dragged. I wheeled it for miles through major cities, and the wheels even stayed quiet. I have had bags with wheels that became very noisy. I like that it was the perfect sized bag to hold everything I needed (except my new computer that is too wide at 14" - I think the previous laptop was 12"), and it fit in small overhead bins on region jets. The only complaint I would have about this bag is the single handle design. I could not place another bag or even a purse on top or it would fall to the side and drag.
