It fits in the laptop sleeve even when I leave the 2nd laptop sleeve that I have on it I cannot use the little velcro strap to hold it in place, but the laptop fits in there perfectly and doesn't really need the velcro to hold it in place

Answer:	I have not had that strap break on my pack. I am a college student and this held my netbook, charger, a 3" binder and a 200 pg text book just fine. I wouldn't over load it, just keep it pleasantly full.
