Answer:	My husband is frequently on work travel and takes a "real" carry-on luggage (older version of this one: http://amzn.com/B008M6ZCF2) w/this backpack strapped to it as his "personal item." He's never been asked to check-in either on US carriers, and the closest call he had was on an international airline which felt he was somewhat abusing that policy. IOW, he's fairly certain the backpack on its own as a carry-on to totally legit. YMMV if it's completely stuffed however, as it becomes rather thick. US carry-on size policy is 22" x 14" x 9" or 56" x 36" x 23" cm while this backpack's dimensions are: 21" x 14" x 10" or 53 x 35 x 25 cm.
Question:	does it have unlimited warranty
Answer:	It is made of waterproof fabric that can take a spill or light to medium rain and keep items inside however in a heavy rain for prolonged period water will leak through the seams. If you want fully waterproof you'll need to look for a pack made with fully sealed welded seams for probably at least double the price of this pack. I'm not sure if there are any wheeled packs out there made fully waterproof.

Who is behind lamaki? Daniel, entrepreneur

I am passionate about being active in sports, indoors in the gym or outdoors in nature. From ultra trail marathons, Ironman triathlons, mountain biking and trekking to Crossfit. I always have the highest demands on my equipment. That inspired me to include these requirements in my products as well.

What does the name "lamaki" stand for?

lamaki is a combination of my nicknames "la maquina" and "Dani" in Spanish. During my Master studies in Barcelona, I was inspired to compete in my first Ironman full distance race (and my first triathlon). My classmates gave me the nickname "the machine" due to my discipline to train for the race no matter the obstacles.
