    Answer: Sorry, I have no idea how many liters. However, it can accommodate two to three large bath towels in the main compartment.

    Answer: No it does not have side pockets only a front pouch.
    Question: How much weight can this bag hold? I carry a lot of paperwork and books for work and need something that will stand up to the abuse of everyday use
    Answer: I bought for my HS aged Son. He uses it for books (a textbook or 2, a binder, couple notebooks, a graphic calculator and sometimes he has a pair of jeans and a shirt or 2 in with all the other stuff), and on it comes along with us on any weekend or week long trips and is packed with a week full of clothes. As for the weight it holds, I have never thought about it. My guess is at least 30#'s.
