Answer:	I checked the product online and according to sony.com, the manufacturer's own website, always a good place to go for product info, "Super speed USB 3.0 (USB 2.0 compatible). Up to 82 MB/s read speed"...no write speed is provided by SONY

Question:	How is this different from a plain USB flash drive
Answer:	This unit is very compact. It is made of a thin plastic shell which is somewhat flexible. I thought it would do well traveling in my wallet between rigid credit cards. It did for a while but eventually all of the shell was cracked and crushed but amazingly, still functions perfectly but us no longer my constant companion.

Answer:	unfortunately it didnt work for my Fire HD but its almost 2 years old. I even tried using one of the file explorer apps and still couldn't see the files. I'm not sure if it would work for the newer Fire tablets.

Answer:	i figured why it wouldnt recognize on the kindle fire hdx 8.9 because the hard drive thats in the kindle is an sd card version and android os can only take so much of sd card storage

Answer:	Yes it works fine. First time the ps4 had an update though it said that the hard drive had an error and the ps4 had to repair it. Works fine sense. Just hope it doesn't do that every time the system gets an update.
