To use Qubii, please download the free app “Qubii” from the App store.

*Qubii device only work with Qubii App, the Qubii Pro App is not available for Qubii device.

Please make sure your iOS version is 10 or above.

*When the Qubii flash drive can not be recognized by your iPhone, please find us for help. The issue may come from microSD card, lightning cable, adapter, iPhone or Qubii device. We will help you to solve the problems.

*If you want to backup iCloud content, please follow the steps in below to turn on the features in Qubii App settings.

1.Qubii app > settings > Backup items > Backup Camera Roll > Turn on“backup iCloud content” feature

2.Qubii app > settings > Backup items > Turn on “Download using WiFi only”

After turning on all the settings, photos from the iCloud will be downloaded to your iPhone or iPad and then backup them up to Qubii automatically. Please make sure your iPhone have enough space on your iPhone to store the photos from iCloud.

*Standard package doesn’t come with microSD card. Please get the microSD card from trustable seller and select the brand with good reputation to avoid the fake microSD card.

*In order to backup all the photos in camera roll, backup time may take longer. If you want to disconnect the power, please click “CANCLE” before unplugging the cable.

Question:	Is this compatible with motog7 plus
Answer:	It should work with the Android free iDiskk Pro on your Moto G7 Plus. It works with my iPhone 7 Plus and iPhone XR with the iDiskk Pro app. The iDiskk also works with my Microsoft laptop as a flashdrive. I hope this helps you.

Answer:	thanks, the flash drive can work with the device. It has four connectors to compatible with lightning ,USB and Type C devices.
Question:	Do i have to transfer photos manually or will it seek out my photos automatically
Answer:	You can find the users manual on line at "iDiskk USB Flash Drive." It will copy folders of pictures, individual pictures and other files. I am not aware of it doing back-up of pictures automatically.
Question:	Could I use this device to remove photos from Facebook
Answer:	No. It is a storage device and can back-up pictures from a iPhone or iPad but not remove them from Facebook.

Answer:	Before it can be used as an external storage, when you first plug your drive into the USB port, on screen a question appears asking if you want to reformat your drive. Answer "Yes". And just about a minute it will be ready to use as an external storage drive.

Answer:	Without WiFi you won’t be able to monitor the cameras remotely through a smart phone device. But you would be able to set up through a monitor/TV.
