Supposedly, this is done to eradicate "Piracy" however, a very simple workaround that's quick & easy is: TunesKit M4V Converter. As of this writing (17SEP2019) it works perfectly, I use my Microsoft Surface Pro 6 to remove the DRM and then I load the movies & TV shows to SanDisk iXpand

Answer:	I downloaded over 7,500 files from my iPhone 7 to my Dell laptop. It was surprisingly fast, BUT! 1.) The dates of all my images were changed to the date of the download, so I have no idea when I took the photos. 2.) iXpand did not download any of the videos that I took with my phone; said that they were corrupt and/or missing audio. In fact, the movies play beautifully on my phone and when I downloaded them directly from the iPhone. Of course, that begs the question of why bother having this thumb drive if you have to connect your phone to your computer.

Question:	Is this Mac formatted
Answer:	You can format for Mac OSX using Disk Utility but the USB is soooo slowwwwww I returned it to the store. My advice is not to buy this and to go for the higher end SanDisk Extreme.
Question:	Does this drive have an LED light to show when it is plugged in
Answer:	No, there is no LED for this drive.
Question:	Does this item have "SecureAccess" software included
Answer:	No ours does not have any software. Just the USB.
Question:	if I buy quantity and Ten all placed in the same package
Answer:	No. I bought 5 and each was packaged separately in a cardboard envelope-like you would ship in.
