Answer:	For slides an 8gb drive should be fine. You figure that an 8gb drive will hold a few high quality movies, or a few thousand high quality songs. It should hold thousands of slides even with images.

Answer:	That SanDisk Cuiser is 128GB. That's a VERY BIG STORAGE capacity. To find out how big a file you are trying to save, just click on that file to highlight it, then press COMMAND plus the letter I. It will bring up a dialog box with all the information about the file you are trying to save, especially the size. Then, as an added measure, once a certain file is Highlighted, go to VIEW, scroll down to VIEW OPTIONS and check the SIZE box. That will show you in text the size of the files on your desktop. NOW....you say you want to back-up EVERYTHING on your laptop. In that case I would recommend an EXTERNAL HARDDRIVE with at least 1TB, that's TERABITES, of storage capacity. Answer:	I've had few of the 32gb and 64gb for years and gave them away, since I have the 128gb and 258gb. All have worked really well for me during my int/dom travels and on the go daily non-office work drives. Know I keep my electronic equipment well maintained, but put them through rigorous use that even tech people are surprised. So for me the PNY grey lil flash drives are great, however I am curious about the 1t reliability. Which I have recently purchased and still testing.

Answer:	Bought 4 of these a few years ago. The back of the package of 2 had "Made in USA" and 2 other ones had "Made in Taiwan". The ones made in USA transferred around 57MB/s and the ones made in Taiwan transferred around 105MB/s. I lost one of them, but the other 3 are working fine transferring files between my laptop and Nvidia Shield.

Answer:	Never owned a game console but I don’t see why not if it has a USB port-however I found this on the net -Very Important Note It’s very important to note that PS4 only accepts 250gb of usable storage space, not the actual storage capacity. That means if your drive comes with an exact 250gb storage capacity, PS4 system will REJECT it. Why? Data storage manufacturers market drives in terms of decimal (base 10) capacity. In decimal notation, one megabyte (MB) is equal to 1,000,000 bytes, one gigabyte (GB) is equal to 1,000,000,000 bytes, and one terabyte (TB) is equal to 1,000,000,000,000 bytes. PS4 system use the binary (base 2) numbering system. In the binary numbering system, one megabyte is equal to 1,048,576 bytes, one gigabyte is equal to 1,073,741,824 bytes, and one terabyte is equal to 1,099,511,627,776 bytes. Accordingly, the 256gb of USB flash drive is actually 256,000mb, which is calculated by PS4 system as an exact 250gb. But this isn’t the end of story. The drive needs to reserve a few gigabytes for the file system (around 2.5gb). Therefore, the usable storage space on the 256gb flash drive is almost 247.5gb, which is NOT acceptable by PS4 system. Question:	The hole on the end looks very small. How well do these flash drives fit on your keys
Answer:	I agree with the first responder who said that the width of the thing on the end is an issue. It causes the drive to not want to move freely on my keychain, which causes it to occasionally poke my leg while in my pocket, or just feel a bit awkward. I never experienced this with my Kingston drive, which has a wide hole that is flat and symmetrical, allowing it to move freely and sit flat against my leg while in my pocket. I also had a hard time getting my key loop through the hole. My keychain is one of those that has a small steel wire loop with a locking mechanism. The end of the wire has a small grommet which was just a bit too large to fit through the hole of this Samsung drive. I had to drill it out a little bigger, which was very difficult to do, and scratched it up a bit. Now that it's one the key ring, it digs into my leg a bit, as I mentioned. Overall I am displeased enough with the design that I'm here looking for something else. I would have stuck with Kingston but it was so SLLLLLOOOOOOOOOOOWWWWWWWWWWWW.

I don't think there are any memory manfucaturing facilities left in the US. There are only CPU fabrication factories owned by Intel. I also got the 32 GB version, not the 16 GB version. It's only a few dollars more so it's worth it to get the larger version. Also 32 GB is the upper limit for the FAT file system which works well with flash memory.
