The NAS has its own OS and you can connect to it management interface through web interface or specialized app, but to "Work with Linux" is a very wide term. Yes, it works with Linux, Windows, Mac and any such OS, which has browsers and you can use to connect to the NAS with a browser. As of more practical answer (considering more particular questions asked): 1. Yes, it works with any networking access methods known to Linux. 2. Answer:	This Cable works for all versions of the Xbox 360. There are 2 black caps on the cable, one on the end of the cable, and another on the bottom. You have to remove the caps in order to attach it to a hard drive. Remove the cap on the end in order to attach it to a new Xbox 360 Slim Hard Drive. Remove the cap on the bottom, if you are trying to attach it to an older model Hard Drive. Once plugged into the Hard Drive plug the other end of the cable into the xbox itself. It will then ask you to transfer your data. Select the destination device you want your memory to end up at. Then all you have to do is choose what memory you want to transfer over. Or you can select "transfer all memory". After that, press Continue or Start at the bottom right of the screen. Hope this helps!
