Question:	Can tablet be used while charging
Answer:	I'm unable to give a proper response as I got it only a few days ago. However, this statement is UNTRUE: The android tablet supports at&t, t-mobile & 4g verizon, ( sim card and microsd card are not included.) On the unit it clearly states; This unit DOES NOT support at&t & t-mobile. If this is UNTRU, what else may be untrue. Will comment further after further use. Do'nt know the answer to the exact question.
Question:	can a phablet be used as just a tablet and not have to have phone service
Answer:	Cannot say. On the Amazon ad, it says it will work with T-Mobile sim card. On the Unit it states: It "DOES NOT" work with T-Mobile sim card. No mention of Consumer Cellular sim card on either places.
Question:	Can you upgrade from Nougat to Oreo
Answer:	No. I tried Straight Talk and it wouldn't work but I used T-Mobile through Straight Talk and I couldn't load any minutes on it. I have Walmart Family Mobile so I took my sim card out of my phone and put it in the tablet and it works fine. I can make phone calls and play my games just fine.
Question:	How are they getting away with lying about the Specifications
Answer:	I've had the unit less than 1 month. I don't think the battery is replaceable. However, the important caution: "NEVER CHARGE THE UNIT WHILE IT IS ON."
