Answer:	Hi Brian, according to the manufacturer this is the upgrade for your system 32 or 64 bit. As far as will you loose files there is never a guarantee. Always back up your files to an external hard drive so you don't loose them. I personally haven't lost files doing any upgrade to different windows upgrades since 1998 and I always back up my system just in case there is a problem during the installation process. This being said I just recently upgraded to windows 10 for free because I had previously upgraded to windows 8 pro. Just as long as your operating system is in accordance with the requirements of the new operating system you should have no problem. Another thing that you need to do is run a compatability check to make sure that the system requirements meet what the new one operating system requires.

Answer:	This is a 2 DVD disk set, one for 32 bit, one for 64 bit installation. A separate credit-card sized "Product Key" is included. Have not had time to install yet. Still running XP!

Answer:	The 2TB, 4TB, and 8TB drives are all SMR, which means they are slow for random writes and not suitable as boot drives. (Google "Why SMR drives are sub-optimal for write-intensive workloads".)

Answer:	Enmanuel is clearly a PS4 owner. The option of having rechargeable and non rechargeable batteries is a plus with a controller that literally has every capability the PS4 controller has. If you have rechargeable batteries yes you can charge your the controller with the USB cable. If your batteries die and you don't feel like being tethered to the cable, you have the option to swap in non rechargeable batteries and continue playing wirelessly. This is a good design. Don't be fooled.

Answer:	That is correct. MobilTrust is for android devices and GuardedID is for PC's. They do each cover 2 devices (I have 2 android tablets covered). This is the only software out there (they have a patent) that protects against keyboard loggers and zero-day attacks. It is well worth it!

Question:	Can someone please explain why the RT OS is NOT a good operating system
Answer:	I like it. It is a bit sluggish. The only browser that's any good is the one that comes with it. There are some apps in the store but not much. Some games but it's mostly for browsing. Word, and Excel are built in and don't require subscription or update. No browser extensions or adblock. BUT Mine has been stable as a rock for several years. It is virtually immune to viruses because no one will bother making a virus that is compatible with this machine which didn't have many sales and MicroSoft apparently has no intent to manufacture any more with the ARM processor. It has an antivirus utility built in but most forums believe it is unnessary and merely harmless. I watch movies and youtube. I connect from the micro HDMI output to a desk top monitor. Use a USB hub to break out the USB to support an external mouse/trackball and full size keyboard. And since the apps are limited, children can't load it up with stuff that pollutes the machine into inoperability. I haven't tried it yet but I think it would be perfect for the non-computer-savy elderly. They could check email, browse, write in Word. And their grandkids are unlikely to mess it up. It's an early version of Windows 8 so it takes a little getting used to. And so far the incessant Windows updates that are always messing with Win 10 do little to nothing to this machine. Like I said MS essentially no longer supports this processor. And I consider that a good thing.

Answer:	Yes, the surface pro 4 has both Bluetooth and wifi. I recomment more than 4 GB of ram however.

Answer:	I've used Microsofts warranty on a couple items. The Surface Pro3 (I dropped it and broke the screen) and my Pro4 came in and the pen didn't work. They are Awesome to deal with.
