So, even though the product description does not show that OS X is supported, I got it to work with my Macbook Air (11-inch, Early 2014).Same deal with mobile devices: You have to press the ENTER/RETURN key after entering the six-digit pair code.

The keyboard comes nearly charged from the manufacturer.

Answer:	This product should come with a charging cable. I have watched several reviews on this product and all unboxings show that a usb A to usb C cable is packaged in the box. Answer:	There is a button to adjust the lighting or turn it off completely. Also if the keyboard remains untouched for a certain amount of time the backlighting will go off automatically.

Answer:	I bought mine for the Surface Go when I got it only 2 months ago. I just found out the other day about the Surface Go 2 and was annoyed that after all the independent research into what tablet I was purchasing, that a brand new edition came out. So, I went on the Microsoft website and did a side by side comparison. I suggest you do the same. In it, I'm pretty sure it is the same size, I know it has the same attachment port for the keyboard. I did not see a whole section of Surface Go 2 accessories, so I think you can use it. Definitely head to the website and check under the "compare" section, even if you buy it here. Question:	What version of windows does this run? Win 10 or Win 10 S
Answer:	The Go, which I purchased on Aug. 3 at a Microsoft Store, comes with Windows in S mode installed. I was able to stand the stripped down operating system for four days. I've now switched to regular Windows 10 Home. Not being able to install software as simple as a stylus driver and a Flash blocker was frustrating. I will be adding a few other apps not sold in the Windows Store by the end of this week, as I become more familiar with the device. How does one switch OSes? You go to a page in the Windows Store and approve the change from S mode to full Windows 10 Home. It takes maybe a minute.

Question:	How do you switch between devices? Does it have a button that lets you select device 1 or 2 or
Answer:	Yes. It attaches to the charging port and charges the Surface while it is connected to the dock. At first I thought I would miss the dock I had for my Surface Pro 3, but I actually like the new dock on my Surface Pro 4. The dock is also very heavy, which helps it stay in place on the desk. It seems to be high quality.
Question:	why can't I wake up my PC Windows 10 with this keyboard
Answer:	It will act as a charger while in use.
Question:	Is this backlit and Bluetooth
Answer:	Yes - I'm running two Wasabi Mango 4k/42" monitors (LG IPS panels with Mstar electronics). Both are DP1.2 inputs (mDP->DP). The trick to making it work was loading the Intel HD application inlcuded with the Intel beta drivers. This allows you to turn off the SP panel, then bring the external monitors on one at a time (4k/29Hz is reported by the intel, but the actual sync is at 30Hz), then bring the SP4 panel back on. I could not get the panels connected with the MS Graphics Properties app. Note: I have not been able to force the monitors to sync higher than 30Hz each on the dock. The dock does not have the bandwidth to sync at 60Hz, but I was hoping for something in between. You CAN sync two external 4k monitors at 60Hz by plugging one into the dock and one into the SP4 mDP port - that was my configuration for ~2 months.
Question:	I am getting some noticable input lagg for this keyboard. Does anyone have a solution to fix this? My laptop comes with windows
Answer:	Short answer: No. Longer answer: The product description does not include support for mac, and in my experience it will not work with later versions of OSX. In testing on 10.12 I experienced a greatly overexposed image, and the camera would not auto-expose. Even if Skype was the only program to access the camera after boot it would not correctly set the exposure. None of the fixes I found online would work to make this camera operate with Mac OSX.
