But-I was told, you do not want to leave it plugged in-take it out and only plug it in AFTER you have started your car (if you are starting your car-it really drains the battery and can start to wreck your phone battery as well). However-you can charge your phone without the car running. So, say you lost power in your house-you can plug it into your outlet and just charge your phone...not much battery power is used.

Answer:	Hi Tiffany V. Amazon asked me to help answer your question, and no I don't work for Amazon. I am using this cover on a 2002 Grand Cherokee. It is probably the best cover I have had to this day. It is Awesome for rain. It is also a great cover for preventing scuffs from balls and people leaning on it. As long as you keep it clean inside and the car. As for letting rain through it does not. It still lets water evaporate. As for Snow that is a tuff one. See I live in Vancouver BC and it rains here most of the year. When colder weather comes it freezes the rain on the cover. so it becomes a hard shell. Covers do not work well for frozen wet rain/ snow. Powder snow its awesome.As for sun it works well too. If you are in hot climates then I saddest the one that is made out of Tyvek it reflects 99% of UV rays. Also the car is much cooler. The Budge brand used to make one. they don't hold up as well over time as this one. Now on a side note the sun really works any material. It dries and cracks it. The rain barrier I have is needing replacing and the latex like middle layer has lost its elasticity and is flaking a white powder. Also the cover at this point in its life will let fine dust through when it down pours. Don't be turned off this as I've got more years then I can remember out of it. 5 or so I think. And as for the Jeep looks good as new. Paint jobs cost more then a cover every 5 years. I do have to know we made the mistake of washing it in warm water with detergent. Big nono and yes it was a bad day. This is also probably why it didn't last as long as it states 10 years. Also what helps is to wax your car too. Answer:	You can but it's kind of a pain, you have to turn the Bluetooth off one device, make sure Bluetooth is on on the other device and manually hit connect on the second device. At least that's how I've gotten it to work

Answer:	I am not certain what you mean. Are you saying "sleep mode"? I simply turn on the keyboard and use it. There don't seem to be a great deal of functions outside of the keyboard uses. The battery lasts a very long time between charges. I mean months with me using it daily for varying amounts of time. I do turn it off when not in use and take it off the charger once charged.

Answer:	Both our autos cut the power to the lighter plug off when the car is not running. If you have an older auto, power is always on at the lighter. The charger will not be hurt but your battery will power the charger whether your phone is plugged into it or not. You therefore run the risk of draining your car’s battery.

There's no way that I could tell the difference by looking at a refurbished one and one that comes from the Apple store. Answer:	I purchased one of these 64gb Gold and when I entered the info in the Apple Support Web Portal it said I had a full 1 year manufacturer warranty. I then called Apple Care Support and they sent me a link to purchase the Apple Care via email. So, I am good to go for 2 years.
