Answer:	Thank you for your question. This cushion doesn't have a strap to secure to the wheelchair. The underside doesn't slide around, so it should stay in place while transporting the patient, or getting them in and out.

Answer:	Yes, the surface pro 4 has both Bluetooth and wifi. I recomment more than 4 GB of ram however.
Question:	can you watch Netflix, use Skype, download "apps" off the internet
Answer:	I've used Microsofts warranty on a couple items. The Surface Pro3 (I dropped it and broke the screen) and my Pro4 came in and the pen didn't work. They are Awesome to deal with.
