Answer:	I have actually purchased two of these. One from WCX for $10.85 I had to return because it would not work from a laptop, so I returned it. Then I got one from Enbuer for $28.45 that does "convert" the signal, and it works perfectly on everything I tried it on - computer, VCR, DVD. It only works one way, that is from an HDMI OUT to an RCA IN. Your question does not say what kind of device you are trying to hook up to your "car screen" or what kind of "car screen" it is (like part of a DVD player). It is hard to imagine a car screen that does not have HDMI, in which case a straight HDMI cable should be used. If your output device is a laptop or tablet, you should try changing the screen resolution to one of the ones specifically listed in the paper that comes with converter cable. Try to find the screen resolution of the "car screen" and make the computer resolution match that. If you are trying to hook up a device with RCA outputs to the HDMI of the screen, that simply will not work. Return the cable converter, or contact Enbuer to explain your need and see if they have a different product for that.

Answer:	I think it depends on how old your child is. We bought 2 one for our 13 yr old which allows her to create her own account. I just make sure I have her password just in case. As for my son he's only 11 so I had to create my own account. They both come with face recognition so I had added my face on both as well. You can block websites and delete apps too.
