Answer:	Most of these tablet devices usually have small upgrades -patches anf fix bugs. But I don't think they upgrade to a totally new operating systems. If you are good with computers and tech, you can probably manually upgrade these stuff. But unlikely if you are a casual users. And the storage is smaller than it claims to be; that is also something you have to factor into. So, unless you are a tech person who wants to experiment, my answer would be no.

Answer:	Yes. That should not be a problem. I am returning my device. So, I did not sign on to my account. But I am able to open the app and browse with no problem.

Answer:	Any universal case should be okay. If you are using the rear camera, you will need one with a hole on the top center (when it is horizontal). It has a standard 3.5mm phone/audio jack. You can also use Bluetooth. There is a virtual keyboard on screen. You can probably get a Bluetooth keyboard. There is also an USB adaptor included; so, it is possible a regular keyboard would work too. But I haven't tried it. And I don't expect people to be using this to type a lot neither.

Answer:	I don’t know what year this is from. I bought it last year for my son and the battery died within 3months and the whole iPad died before a year. I do not recommend you buy a refurbished one. We ended up having to buy a brand new one and should’ve just started there.

Answer:	The new iPad does not have a smart connector, like the iPad Pro models. It should work just fine with any one of a great many bluetooth keyboards.  It will not work with the Apple Smart Keyboard or any other smart connector Keyboard, nor with any cabled connection keyboard. iPads and iPhones ahave always supported BT keyboards.

Answer:	Are you asking if it has warranty? If so, they do offer a warranty. For the purchase the is an automatic 90 day warranty but there is a 3year apple warranty offered.
