Answer:	This is designed for a POS system that runs on a PC. It has standard monitor connection and power cord as well as another connection for the capacitive touch. It is also weighted heavily and designed to hide cords down a port hole on desk. This is not a tablet or all-in-one. It’s just a just a monitor. Hope this helps!

Answer:	The weight in the base of the touchscreen is not heavy enough. It causes the device to wiggle a lot while using it. Yes it does have brightness control but I never tested outside. I would never buy another one.

How to use it?

Micro USB Cables：Powers the monitor when you plug it into the “5v/in “ port (not needed if you use the PH connection below). Touch function when you plug it into “5v+Touch” port. 

Standard Cable for HD : Audio and video signal transmission for device such as a TV or Pi 3 that has a standard port for HD .

With Micro HD to Standard HD Cable: Audio and video signal transmission for device that has a Port for Micro HD, such as Raspberry Pi 4.

FPC Cable-for Standard HD: Instead of for Standard HD cable for Audio and video signal transmission, for example with Raspberry PI 3.

PH 2.0mm-3pin connector(black and red one): Can be used instead of the Micro USB Cable to power the monitor.

Answer:	I have not had an issue with heat. If you are doing mail, web or simple spreadsheet/data processing type work, you should not have a problem. If you are going to really be crunching numbers or doing some heavy processing work, it can start to heat up but it has not been too bad. I hardly ever use the touchscreen. Old school. My son has a 17 inch and runs several external monitors with heavy numbers crunching... His does start to heat up at times. That said, I love my laptop. It is light weight and fast.
Question:	What is the usb-c voltage
Answer:	I agree; the screen did feel "sticky". Having a matte screen protector makes the touchscreen easier to use (and also cuts down most of the reflective glare).
