Answer:	Hi Ida, I have not seen your system configuration, but on my unit there is an adapter required to split the screens, you plug one of the screens into the adapter and then in to the appropriate slot on the back of the computer tower and the other one straight into an USB port. The adapter can be purchased at Best Buy or local computer stores. Then you go into the "Settings" area of the Home Page, then to the "Display"area of the computer and mark them as Screen 1 an Screen 2 and that should be it. Good luck! Jerry

Answer:	They have their own photo album web storage. If you store your photo in that website storage, the photo frame can display the photos. (It's good gift for old parants) But the website itself is not so good. The structure of web album is so complicate and it is hard to store.

Answer:	After you register, you can use the frame normally without the cloud storage. You would need to use an SD card - 32GB max, if you wanted to play it locally with no WiFi feature. If you had your photos storage somewhere online, there are plenty of APPs available for download that can be used to play from those sources.
