Answer:	yes, you're going to have to be connected to the network. on the bottom of the modem is a username and password as well as an IP address. it's most likely going to be "192.168.0.1"while being connected to your network, type this IP address in a web browser. enter the username and password as seen on the sticker on the bottom of your modem. once you login, you'll be brought to the homepage of the modem, you'll see three boxes one says "my network"click on that and it'll show all the devices currently connected.hope this helps.

Answer:	My son (13) loves this case. I wasn't sure about which case for which ipad, etc. So, I googled "how do I know which ipad I have" and went from there.

Answer:	The inside hard plastic shell(front and back piece) snaps on to the case. Then put rubber outside piece around it. It's hard to get the plastic piece apart when you get it and I just used a coin to pry it open.
