After long pressing the knob for three seconds, SW1 / SW2 / SW3 and the knob will enter the multimedia mode:

1.Short press the knob to mute; turn to adjust the volume

2.Short press SW1, the previous one

3.Short press SW2 to play / pause

4.Short press SW3, next song

After pressing the knob for three seconds, it will return to full light mode.

Answer:	Mine both connects to my computer and charges the battery through the USB connection. Bluetooth is used to connect to devices that don't have USB connections.

Answer:	It has nothing to do with being left nor right handed; rather it has everything to do with how we write. Because you type as you write... left to right... as you type, the carriage moves to the left, requiring the typist to manually return the carriage back to the right hand starting point.
Question:	If I take it to a public space such as cafe, would it be too loud for other people
Answer:	Short answer, no. Longer answer, the keyboard has a positive 'tick' when the keys are pressed. It is no louder than the sound of my Lady's moues clicking about four feet from me. There is no "nearing the end of the line" bell, that would be an issue. Basically, the keyboard is very sound friendly.The only problem that I see taking the keyboard to a cafe is the people are going to be coming over and asking "What IS that thing!?"

Answer:	it has 3 small buttons above the numpad that do 3 "default" light settings. A large knob that adjusts brightness/speed of light effects depending what setting you have the keyboard set to. the large knob also can be pushed to switch "light modes" and if you hold down the large knob button for 3 seconds it switched to a mute/unmute, volume knob.

Question:	what color is the key illumination or is it just white
Answer:	Yes it does, I have a 2011 mac mini and it is working fine.
Question:	Is the battery replaceable or soldered on
Answer:	This depends on which model you got. Always check the manufacturer site for the manual. But since I can find the manual for the kg010-rgb on there site, I found it easiest to just turn the lights all the way down (which in my case turned them off)
Question:	How many sd card slots does it have ? does it come with hdmi cord
Answer:	I purchased an eagle Tech k104 keyboard and this one is the same it's an auto switch it comes on when you touch it and go's off after a while of unuse.
Question:	Does this model come with an additional hard drive bay
Answer:	The traditional 'six pack' keys are there minus the insert key. Personally I haven't used the insert key since like 1989 or something. If you use software that makes use of the insert key a lot, this might not be the keyboard for you. They have replace the insert key with a spotlight search key.
