Answer:	Bought this for our 3yr old. I really didn't see much that a child would choke on unless they are talking about the attachments. Which are rather large if you ask me. They also are taking into consideration small items that the child might suck up into the vacuum. With all that being said, I would be fine with a child under 3 playing with this item. And the ball one was just chinsier or not put together as well. And the same price. Either way I would recommend this one over the other one any day.
