| Answer: | Some of these keyboards have glitches. But at any rate the Bluetooth light usually won’t stay on which will lead you to believe it’s not powered or trying to connect. But before you hit connect on the keyboard try hitting the search for new device on your phone then hurry and hit Bluetooth connect on the keyboard. That’s how I had to do it. It took me a few times but I finally got it . Once you have the device logged into your phone as a usable connection you won’t have to do anything any longer when you want to use the keyboard but hit the connect on your phone. It will come up as Bluetooth 3.0 something. Hope this helps. If it doesn’t you may have to return it. But my honest opioid when you do get it to work you will love it. |

How to switch s mode to windows 10
1. On your PC running Windows 10 in S mode, open Settings > Update & Security > Activation.
2. In the Switch to Windows 10 Home or Switch to Windows 10 Pro section, select Go to the Store. (If you also see an "Upgrade your edition of Windows" section, be careful not to click the "Go to the Store" link that appears there.)
3. On the Switch out of S mode (or similar) page that appears in the Microsoft Store, select the Get button. After you see a confirmation message on the page, you'll be able to install apps from outside of the Microsoft Store.
