Answer:	Performance on Premiere and even on After effects is superb, I get quick renders and RAM previews as well. you can watch my video reviews all made on this setup, So my setup is usually keeping photoshop, illustrator, premiere and dynamic link with after effects opened throughout the editing process and it works fine. I just think win 7 is far more quicker at all of the above than the win 10, just not a fan of win10 as it needs more time to mature and become more stable as an overall OS. hope that helps in deciding.
