Some of the older HP and Dells I've heard of issues booting from flash drive. If your PC supports booting from flash drive You can change the boot sequence in BIOS or most models you can press F12 (on dell) or F11 and it'll come up with a one time not menu asking you which drive you want to boot from. You can choose the flash drive.
