This is designed accurate for all the operating or plug-in portals, like charger cord, the SIM card, power control, and the volume controls. I also purchased the keyboard, separately of course, there is magnets that keep it in place. Basically, its up to you, but it will fit any 8" Tab, you may just have to remove it if your portals do not line up with the openings for the Galaxy Tab. Hope this helps!

Answer:	I ordered and was delivered this laptop. But before I opened the box I called ASUS elevated one last time, having called three times before about adding a Samsung SSD 850 EVO 1TB as a second internal storage device. On the third call I was told I could add the device. But I called again a forth time seeking specific installation advice about the installation of the SSD . That technician told me it was not possible because the second storage device would have to be an M2 SATA, which of course is a totally different size and connection. An HDD nor the 7 mm SSD was not possible. I returned the unopened laptop and as always Amazon's fantastic service allowed a free return. I question a company that cannot give accurate information about a product they make and sell.
