Answer:	The one I received is a Windows 10 Pro 64 bit.

Answer:	Installing new memory is as easy as on any other modern PC. Pop the cover, locate the RAM slots, remove what's there and add new chips. I'm not sure about its max memory; the highest offered from HP with this rig is 16GB. If you really need to go above that, two factors affect this: processor type and OS level. Since this is an x64 machine, the max memory under Win7 Pro should be 192GB. x86 machines have a max of 4GB no matter the OS; Home versions of Win7 have varying limits from 8 to 16. Careful if you're upgrading to 10 that the machine will still handle the max 192GB; I haven't tried that.

Answer:	Hello! No, you will not need the hue 2 device in order to add another AER RGB 2 fan. The included smart controller v2 will be able to accommodate up to 4 RGB fans in the system :)

However the reason they put the wifi logo on the picture is that they do include a little cheap wifi dongle with it. If you didn't get one be glad! Just return to amazon and get you a good wifi adapter for a desktop. This is a great computer and its very fast. Please make sure you get a good wifi adapter so that you will have fast internet. Answer:	Monitor provided is entry level and does have sound. Not very good though. I added gaming monitor. I will add that the audio in the computer itself is also quite poor. Apparently inherent to this model HP. If you are an audiophile, this unit is not for you. Computer build itself really does rock and functions flawlessly.

Answer:	It's not WiFi per say. As it doesn't have a wifi card installed in the tower, but it comes with a 'dongle' that plugs into a usb port. It works as wireless, I'm using it now, but a wifi card is cheap and easy to install yourself. Actually you'll save a few dollars by just installing the card yourself.

Answer:	It might physically fit, but the real issue is power. This pc only has a 240watt PSU, and there's not really any power left over from it running all the other components. I also wanted to add a GPU to my PC, and bought a bigger PSU. Since anything other than the power supply it came with won't fit in the case, I decided to move everything to my old PC case. Then I found out that the motherboard itself is proprietary and only has connectors for the proprietary power supply! After fuming for about an hour, I found an adapter on Amazon that would allow me to hook up a standard power supply to this motherboard. Now I have all the nice guts from this PC in my old case, along with a 600watt power supply and a gtx 1080 (decided to get a bigger one since the price went way down and I had the space for it). You can have only one hdmi cable going into the PC. you can have 3 DisplayPort connections into the PC. I have many hdmi cables so I bought this: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B017Q8ZVWK/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 to convert them. The cables must go into the video card as the video connections on the motherboard are deactivated. Got this for my son. He has it set up with one monitor landscape and the other one is portrait. Answer:	Yes, I have yet to change out any of the parts as I haven't found something that this computer can't do. As an engineering student I have used AutoCAD, Photoshop, and quite a few intense games and it runs it all very well.

Answer:	Is the whole PC shutting down or just the games? Does it go back to desktop or does it reboot? it could be a couple of things— graphics card is overheating or computer itself is overheating. This would indicate not enough airflow in the case. You may also have a power supply that does not have enough wattage. I have an Antec 900 case; it has 7 fans, two to pull air in and 4 to pull air out. I also have another fan dedicated to the GPU.
