Answer:	Depends on the 2080, really. I have a 2060 Super in mine, specifically the EVGA GeForce RTX 2060 Super XC Gaming (not to be confused with the EVGA GeForce RTX 2060 Super XC Gaming ULTRA) That card fits just fine with some room to spare and the 2080 version of this card is the same size. The Ultra variant of these cards though has a bigger heat sink (card takes 3 slots instead of 2) which would probably still fit, but you'd likely lose access to your second PCIe slot if you have one.

Answer:	I have bought two different model AMD APU's and they both have come with cooling fans in the boxwith the APU. So the answer is a big YES.

Answer:	Both AMD A6-3620 and AMD A8-3850 are chips suited to motherboards/sockets of FM1 type, so you have not to change mob. If you have already a reasonable power supply (>400 W) and don't have a power-hungry graphics card, you can keep the power supply. Eventually more or better fans in the box to suck the heat... I operate one A8-3850 in a very small box with a very low power supply (150 W I think), no graphics card, and never had power problems since 2 and a half yrs.
