The only caveat is you may need a USB hub if you run out of USB ports since there are only 2 of them.

Answer:	Some. Performance varies from game to game. The one 3d Unity game I tried was pretty sluggish. The 2d games I've tried have been playable, if not quite 60 fps. Specs are comparable to a good 2007 gaming computer. Games made around then should do fine.
