Answer:	Scout has measure on it, rise has different type of poly blades. Believe scout is a little heavier. Basically same but paddles are made of different type of plastic.

Answer:	Don't be lazy look it up on there site, don't know measurement s off hand

Answer:	Blade sizes are measured in total surface area (usually in sq. cm.) so I don’t have that info. Surprised the manufacturer doesn’t provide that info. So, I measured the length and width of my blade for you. In inches. The blade is 16 in. long and 6 27/32 in. wide at the longest and widest areas. I like the weight of the paddle and the blade size is good for my flat-water paddling. My “canak” is wider so the shaft is 250 cm. and I still feel the blade is adequate. If you are a really strong paddler, you may find some power loss. If you are rolling your kayak, this is probably not the best paddle for you. Otherwise, for the price, take a chance. This is my second paddle of this blade size. And I love the notch for fly fishing from my kayak/canak.
