Answer:	The Argon 1 RPi 4 case does not have an available port for the pi camera cable, and there are no obvious routing options to access the camera cable slot on the RPi 4 when placed in the case.
Question:	How to pi auto power on after power failure
Answer:	There are 3 revision (or more) boards for this case. The original boards (lets call them v1) do not work with this command. After much searching, there is no alternative action for these boards. If you're feeling brave, you can hardware mod to bypass the board and just run +/- directly to the GPIO pins that the board plugs into. You can visually follow the traces for this. Verify with a multimeter, and then just solder wires from the rear USB-C port directly to where they plug into the GPIO, bypassing the MCU. This has not been personally tested by me, but if done correctly, there's no reason it wouldn't work. V2 boards will work with this command. V3 boards will have a jumper on the bottom (take the bottom off and look by where the IR sensor would be soldered), and you use the jumper to set if you want to auto power on the device or not. (Jump pins 2 and 3 if you do want it to auto power on).
Question:	Being a meatal case hows the bluetooth connection or wifi work wont it shield the antennas
Answer:	I am getting the same signal strength for both WiFi and BlueTooth with or without the case. 11AC AP is ~10m and Bluetooth is ~ 3m both before and after. Advantage is I am getting ~20`C temp drop (45`C from 65`C with same workload over just a cooling fan. Looking to find an app or tool to utilize the IR built in. Awesome little case, especially for the money.

Answer:	No need to replace the fan. Once you install the ArgonOne script to the PI you can set the percentage that the fan runs at three temps. Besides the fan is wisper quiet.

Answer:	mSATA SSD's are not compatible. Case only accepts any size of M.2 SATA SSD with Key-B or Key-B&M.

Answer:	3 Versions: 1- No M.2 is only moving position of micro HDMI(no conversion to HDMI) and Audio to same side as USB. Has opening for SD slot in correct position. Fan included. Ordered by me. Needed next version. 2- M.2 bottom part(no conversion to HDMI, no remote sensor) uses part already ordered above only adds M.2 with USB 3 connection with donggle provided. No access to the SD card slot I found out after I ordered so kinda regretted as boot is required with SD for most things so if you want to go to different Operating systems kinda an issue and I haven't changed to M.2 sata SSD card yet as still trying to play with operating systems. Want Windows but not a fully updatable version yet and arm 64 version available just recently but buggy. (M.2 sata SSD card 2280 separate has to be this type of SSD) I ordered SSD tried to use with Twister but not fully working yet as haven't switched to SSD storage yet. I had to make a hole for the SD card change out for booting different operating systems. Still have to buy separate M.2 sata SSD card I bought one on sale which was a great price plus I had a first time order credit so really good deal. If only I bought this version. I am not sure if this version has slot for SD card as same bottom as the second version I believe comes with this version. I am guessing not. I would suggest if you order argon m.2 buy the whole bundle not separately. This version even if you have an SD card slot issue like me at least until I put everything to M.2 sata SSD card. Just some OS require booting through SD card I believe. Still new to Rasberry pi 4B 8GB wifi version as well as Linux. The command in Linux is included in your instruction manuals for fan but the fan wouldn't work through Windows the times I tried and command wouldn't work through command prompt so need to figure out as it got real hot with Windows the last try and slow too.

Answer:	They used the m.2 sata III Card. Speed limitation is the usb 3. So sata is the right speed. Nvme is bottlenecked @ usb or its speed is useless and expensive by it self. Sata is plenty fast.

Answer:	The holes in the base are 3.2 mm in diameter. But you could drill then out to 7 mm in diameter if needed. You can also use the included small mounts to mount the case to a surface. They would use are a 45 degree countersink screw with max diameter of 4 mm.
Question:	Can't get official 7" display to fit. If the board is oriented the correct way to get the cables to reach through, then the case blocks the board
Answer:	Are you using the gold screws to secure the display control board as shown in step 1? Can you make sure the display is going into the case the correct orientation? See step 2. If you are still having issues please contact us directly and we can troubleshoot.

Answer:	You can choose between 3.5 and 5.0 volts depending on how you wire the fan up. Fan spins faster on 5.0v. Its in the assembly instructions.

Answer:	I have a Raspberry Pi 4 1GB without this case on it sitting approximately 5 feet away from my Amplifi router. Link Quality=58/70 (±3) Signal level=-52 (±5) dBm. I have a Raspberry Pi 4 4GB WITH this case on it sitting approximately 10 feet away from my Amplifi router. Link Quality=61/70 (± 3) Signal level=-49 (± 5) dBm. I ran 50 tests on each one. It seems that the differences are negligible. I am not in the position to increase the distance between the Wifi router and these test devices, as they are both mounted in fixed locations.

Answer:	Yes, there is enough space for the fan hat to fit, but there is absolutely no airflow provided with the top lid attached. Other than a small amount of intake venting on the plastic case bottom - with the lid closed, there is nowhere for the hot air to vent. Why buy an attractive metal case like this if the top has to be left off for the fan to work?
Question:	Has anyone tested this case with wifi and bluetooth? Does the case prevent these radios from working
Answer:	I have a very similar case as this for my pi3 and I haven’t had any connection issues with Wifi or bt.

Question:	Is this case tall enough to allow for a raspberry pi cellular iot application shield
Answer:	The case is very tight. So I don't believe you can add another board to it.
Question:	They show a 5 blade and 7 blade fan, which is it. Looks like they send a 5 blade fan, is it loud
Answer:	I don’t have it in front of me at the moment but, if I remember correctly it’s a 5 blade. No it’s not loud at all; you can wire it up for 2 speed options. Low is basically silent as far as fans go and high is quiet enough to have a quiet conversation over without disruption, more then a few feet away and you can’t hear it. Also it does keep the chip temperature in the safe zone under a maxed out load for multiple hours.
Question:	I purchased the mini touch screen for my Pi4 and while it displays fine the touch screen part doesn't work w/ or with out the stylus. Ideas

Answer:	Your link didn’t work.. but I looked it up and if it’s the same one I found than it will be a monitor that hangs loose outside of the case atta he’s by the ribbon cable. This touchscreen monitor attaches by screws to the board, and the miuzei case occupies those screw holes. You may be able to modify the miuzei case by screwing this monitor to it, but it may take some modifications. Maybe different screws or even some cutting.. so.. there’s no guarantee since this monitor is not designed to work with this case.
