Answer:	I don't see why it couldn't be used outdoors. May be best if there's an arbor or some sort of covering over it between uses. In fact, each of the 4 benches fit snuggly in each section under the table and the whole thing could be covered with something protective when not in use. I love my set!

Answer:	I am 5' 5" and I placed the towel bar (where the towels hang down) at eye level. If you can have another person hold it against the wall while you step back and adjust the height level that may help you decide. Once you find the spot, move it up just a bit (1/4 to 1/2") and mark the bottom of the bracket. You have to slide the whole holder over the inside wall mount. If you don't adjust for this then your mount would be slightly lower but not by a whole lot. Only if you desire perfection, it would it even bother you.

Answer:	It’s great but it is a little tall for our recharge it needs to be about 6 inches lower the packaging is also very good

Answer:	No - it just has metal U-shaped bars that go around the railings to attach. no damage :) I live in an apartment as well and this works perfectly.
Question:	is the steel powder coated
Answer:	Behind the vertical top part is another perforated board through which you put these D-rings that attach to the rail. We actually used a bunch of zip ties because it wasn't at exactly the right height, worked perfectly. The entire thing is stable, you just need the attachment to keep it from tipping forward, but it actually has 3 legs - two in back and one in front-center.
Question:	What is the recommended table height for these chairs
Answer:	You’ll need the backing for the deck. It connects to the deck like a connecting bar top. I would say it’s as high a standard bar top would go. It’s worked great for us and we have what feels to be the smallest deck for an apartment

Answer:	The center of the front edge of the seat is exactly 24" high. I'm six feet tall, and when sitting in the chair, my knees are at about 30" off the floor. So you would have to figure from there. These are decent chairs by the way. We use them for "second row seating" behind the couch when we have extra people for movies...
