Answer:	This CPU is 4ghz, NOT 4.3ghz... I consider this advertisement fraud and I returned the 8370 because of this reason. I also have a 8320 @ 3.5ghz which I overclocked to 4.6ghz (1.45v) and a 8350 @ 4ghz which I overclocked to 4.9ghz (1.44v) - both of my CPUs run in "cool and quiet" mode with turbo turned OFF (medium LLC). Honestly, there is no reason for people to LIE and call this a 4.3ghz CPU, it is NOT. 8370 = 4ghz, this is the same as 8350 (which is $40 cheaper).I am 100% stable on my OC's and I run Battlefield 4 all day long at 90fps/1080p/ultra, temps never go above 62c. So.... If people are saying that the 8370 can't overclock past 4.3ghz, I would consider it to be COMPLETE JUNK and my FX8320 (which is $100 cheaper), AND my FX8350($40 cheaper) will out perform the FX8370. My OC'ed 8350 gets equal benchmark scores on PassMark Performance tests as I7-5820k. I even beat the I7-5820k with FX8350 OC'ed on some CPU tests.

Although if you are going to buy a more expensive graphics card such as a gtx 970 I would advise getting a motherboard with more system fan options. This mothetboard is a max of 2 fans which doesnt cool higher graphics card well.

Answer:	yes it is overkill but it's a great board. since u are doing video editing u would need a powerful graphics card. i would recommend an asus m5a97 because it has most of the same features as this board and would serve u well. the only real difference is overclocking capability and the ability to have multiple graphics cards which nobody really needsl. if u pair this with a fx 6300, a corsair cx 500 or 600 watt power supply and a rosewill challenger u3 case you would have an excellent gaming/video editing build. gaming and video editing require the same hardware setup for the most part. then just get the best graphics card to suit your needs. also a word of advice DO NOT cheap out on ram. get something from corsair or gskill or another top tier brand. avoid crucial and team. get 1600mhz or 1866 ram it does not cost much more and it's worth it. hope this helps you. good luck

Answer:	Manny, ASUS makes many motherboards for AMD CPU's and for Intel CPU's. An Intel CPU cannot be plugged into nor used with an AMD branded Motherboard. When you shop specify the Processor you want to utilize en-coupled with the word 'Motherboards'. Amazon has everything you need and more. The motherboard you specified is excellent but should be used with either AMD Phenom or AMD FX CPU's up to the FX8350 8-Core CPU's. There are faster FX CPU's but they require an ASROCK 990FX Extreme 9 version-3 Motherboard to work with the higher 220W processors.

Answer:	Your GTX 950 deserves a better motherboard. Steer away from MicroATX if you can... and from the fact that you already have a 500 Watt PSU, I'd say your case is large enough for a real motherboard. I have the very same card plugged into an ASUS M5A97 with a 550Watt Power Supply. You might spend a few more bucks for the ASUS board, but you will know where the money went.

Answer:	No, it ~kinda/sorta would work but you would pull more volts than the board was intended for, no fx 9590 builds on a micro atx yet and no plans for them either.

Answer:	So I personally have overclocked both the cpu and the RAM and have had no issues running intensive games such as PUBG, DOOM and other larger titles. The board comes out of the box running 800MHz so be sure to jump up to at least the factory 1066. Just completed the liquid cooler so planning to push my FX6300 upwards of 4.2 MHz.

Without that the RAM will show up as 1333 Mhz (which is the highest supported non-over clocked speed)

Answer:	It may seem odd but the FX-8300 and FX-8350 are actually the same chip, made at the same time, on the same wafer. What's the difference? Testing results. When they make a hundred chips or so on a wafer each will turn out a little better or worse on the microscopic scale. The FX-8300 is guaranteed to be stable a 3.3Ghz @ 95W. The FX-8350 is guaranteed to be stable at up to 4.2Ghz @ 125W. Is it possible to get an FX-8300 labeled chip that can be overclocked higher than an FX-8350 can? It's rare but yes. This is called getting a "golden chip". Don't count on it though. The chip is is probably labeled FX-8300 because it failed the tests that an FX-8350 must pass. It depends on how much cost is a factor to you, but I would at least get an FX-8320. At least that is guaranteed to be stable at 4Ghz which is pretty close to the FX-8350's 4.2Ghz. An FX-8300 might not even overclock on 3.5 Ghz, then again you might get one that overclocks to 4.6 Ghz. It's a toss of the dice but if you pay extra for higher grade chip you will avoid some chips that don't make the grade.

Answer:	With a 650w power supply, I couldn't get the motherboard to post without the 2nd power slot. While a lot of people are saying you don't need it, just keep in mind that if your motherboard won't post, this is likely the issue. I replaced both the motherboard and my cpu before coming to this conclusion.
