Answer:	I have a 65 osprey backpack and got a large airporter bag. was too big. I got the medium one and it fits just right (when the back is fully packed). So I think the large airporter will work just fine with a 75 liters. you can put some extra stuff which does not fit in the back while flying (if you have a place to store it later while on the trip).
