Answer:	Should work fine.. Correction on the previous reply. If using ONLY 1 .M2 drive, it needs to go in closes (longer) to CPU. This is not documented well in the manual. If you put it in the bottom, it will take up 2 sata connections out of the 6 available. I am now using 1 .M2 drive + 5 SATA drives and 1 DVD drive, no problems.

I ran 3DMark and Superposition first thing to make sure it handled like my old mobo and I'm happy with the results.
