| Answer: | My lights took a bit to figure out. You need to plug the fan and light stuff into that board on the right side (when facing front of case) inside the door. Then give that thing power from your PSU. Then I think you hook up the wire FROM that board into your motherboard. I had it working perfect for a while, but at some point my lights came on and stuck that way. I will fix it eventually, but I have a feeling the lights on this thing are kind of hit or miss. I personally don’t like the lights so I don’t really care much. Oh and there is a button on the top front on the right side that controls the lights. It’s actually an up/down dual button thing. If you hold it for like less than 10 seconds it should toggle it on or off. The up/down toggles through built in modes/colors. I think the top most option is what allows your motherboard to actually control it, but it may be the bottom most, not 100% sure. Check the cooler master pdf of the instructions to see a picture of how that board should work. Do the same for your motherboard to see where to connect the fans and lights. Good luck. |

If not I would suggest running all the water out of the hot water tank and letting itfill back up and try it then. Or call Insinkerators support line or live chat and see if they have any suggestions or return for a new one |

| Answer: | Just to be clear, you should not be washing your hands with this faucet - that is not its intended usage. The water gets extremely hot (i.e. boiling) and whether or not it mixes with any other water, it is not intended for washing hands. Also, the product does not produce COLD water; rather, it pulls water from your regular tap, and whatever temperature that water is, that's what you get when you pull the "cold" lever - it does not chill your tap water. Again, for that reason, if you wash your hands using the hot lever, you will burn yourself. Finally, this is a very slow flow faucet, as the faucet itself is very thin, so you will not get very good pressure for the purpose of washing hands. It is intended for and good at producing water for filling a glass or mug. Hope this helps. |
