    Answer: Depends on your case, where you install it and the flow from your other fans. Mine is in the top of my NZXT H710i case and would only fit one way - as an exhaust fan. Research shows the cooling effectiveness is pretty much the same regardless of whether the fans are oriented for intake or exhaust. In my case, I have 3 strong fans on the front for intake, 1 in the back for exhaust, and the radiator/fans in the top for exhaust. My temps are typically in the 40s to mid 50s (under load).
    Question: Does it work for socket

    Answer: It can fit a GTX 980 Ti. Most 750Ti's I've ever seen, in-fact all of them, have been shorter than the mainboard. So you'll have more than enough room...though why not go N200 and mATX if you're going for a small and low powered GPU? I've fit a 980Ti in an N200 as well. Hope that helps!

    Answer: Is it all the time or only when you have a lot of the connected gear powered up and under load? Mine is basically silent at idle but there is some noise when the TV, AVR, sub and source unit are being used. After checking, the TV and cable box alone make it produce 'some' noise but only if I listen for it. If yours is loud enough to be annoying I'd say that isnt normal.
