User questions & answers
Question: | Does this come with a power supply? If not, what would be recommended |
Answer: | Does not come with a power supply, but it's very flexible. Just make sure if you get an ATX motherboard that you get an ATX power supply (or micro, mini power supply). I'm using a non-modular that will require a lot of cable hiding, but there's plenty of space to hide cables out of the way. |
Question: | Can someone give me the exact specs to this case like width length and hight and also how much room is there for a CPU cooler |
Answer: | Everything you request is listed in the manufacturer's info above for the Cooler Master Cosmos II, but some of it conflicts with these answers. For example, CPU cooler height is shown as 190mm/7.48" (not 6.5mm/2.5"), which is more consistent with the large size/width of the case itself. It seems like these comments are not all about this case, so I suggest anyone considering it do his/her own research. |
Question: | To anyone who built in this case, and installed a non modular psu, how was it? I was thinking about buying a non modular sfx |
Answer: | I did. A PC&Power Cooling 1KW SR PSU that's about 12-15 years old and still going strong. The unused cables, just folded each cable and zip ties them and tucked them behind it. The PSU is huge too. It almost reaches the bottom HDD cages. Another benefit of this case as it won't fit in a lot of cases. |
Question: | Can this support three(3) red LED 80 mm fans? thanks |
Answer: | I believe it will only support two 80mm in the lower rear section of the case. The other rear fan on the upper section is a 120mm fan, as are the front two (or four if you double up with a radiator.) There is also a 240mm fan mounting on the top. |

User questions & answers
Question: | Which end is ground on power & reset switch cables, is it the side with arrow mark or side without the arrow mark |
Answer: | Arrow mark on the cables from the front of the case is always positive. |
Question: | what can you put under the dvd drive |
Answer: | I'm pretty sure it's a typical 5.25" bay so you should be able to put fan controllers or anything else you could fit in a typical bay of that size. If you meant what's underneath the internals, then there is a stack of 3.25" bays for your hard drive so those are the only things really going there. |
Question: | can this case fit the hyper evo |
Answer: | Yes, it supports coolers up to 160mm tall. The 212 evo is 159mm tall. |
Question: | Does this case require a matx power supply, or will a normal atx power supply fit |
Answer: | The NR600 case is but a horrendous abomination if you are talking about place where you put PSU. The smaller PSU, the more chances you will have less problems. I have EVGA 650W, and it was mission impossible to make the module cables go into the PSU. |

User questions & answers
Question: | Is the PSU bay removable |
Answer: | The shroud cannot come off |
Question: | Does this have dust filters on front and top pane |
Answer: | It has a magnetic filter on the top and a slotted folter on the bottom, The mesh in the front is such that a filter is unnecessary. |
Question: | What is the max size of cpu water/liquid cooler can this case fit in |
Answer: | It fits a 360mm up top. Tight, but fits. A giant CPU cooler or real tall, odd-shaped RAM (like Warhawk or Super Luce) will have interference. I lost rear exhaust fan doing it. A thinner one or smaller than a 120mm would work, but for what i had at the house, I didn't have one to fit with a 360mm up top. |
Question: | Does the power supply shroud have mounts to put any intake fans to blow on the gpu |
Answer: | No it does not, the fans on the front of the case supply airflow to the psu area as well as the video card heatsink area and is more than adequate, The shroud does however have mounting for 2 ssd's and great cable management for them. |

Answer: | It's a full size... and its great controler Logitech. |
Question: | Does this fit a atx motherboard? Very stupid question but does it |
Answer: | It does come with a receiver if listed as being in 'New' condition. This is a discontinued item -- sold here as 'new old stock' -- so no warranty. |
Question: | You also get a cable splitter for the rgb fans. Where do i connect the splitter? To the fan header? i dont have an rgb one, so i will buy the controll |
Answer: | Yes and No. I have a PC Logitech reciever and one of the PS2 Receivers I 'salvaged' from a broken PS2 controller of this same make and model. After some experimentation, The controllers can link up to another PS2 adapter that they aren't originally paired with; If you got a PS2 reciever you salvaged from another playstation 2 logitech controller, you'll be able to pair it with any controller that you order, providing the seller doesn't send the receiver. |

User questions & answers
Question: | Is the 92mm size a measure of the physical plastic, so that it's 90mm from screw to screw |
Answer: | The size is the actual outside measurements of the housing. A 92mm fan has holes on 82.5mm centers and a 120 mm fan has holes on 105mm centers. I have a Thermaltake case with room for a 120mm fan, but the widest holes are on around 93mm centers that don't fit any readily available fan that I have found except these. My 120mm version of these has a second set of holes on the output side on about 93mm centers that work in this case. I stocked up while they are available. |
Question: | I would like to use this fan to help cool a rv fridge. which two wires should I use to connect it |
Answer: | Just remember your RV's (or car's) "12 volts" is actually higher than 12 volts. Case fans, LED lights, anything with a 12v wall-wart all take exactly 12volts. Depending on what it is, 13 to 14 volts plus might not be a problem, but to play it safe I'm using a "Buck Converter" to provide up to 3 amps of 12 volts for my LED's and a Blu-ray player. Not sure if it would be needed for these fans, my guess is they will work fine without it, but may not last as long being constantly fed higher voltages than they're rated for. |
Question: | what is the cfm |
Answer: | Newegg lists CFM at 44.73 for the 120mm case fan. I believe it's accurate. |
Question: | what adapter do i need to connect these to my power supply? and can i connect all on the single cable |
Answer: | I purchased the 140 mm, though I would assume they should be the same. the fans themselves are 3 pin if you are going to attach them directly to your motherboard but they also come with 3 pin to molex adapters (which I used) in order to connect them directly to the power supply. I was able to attach two fans in series to one of my power supplies molex strips. |

User questions & answers
Question: | will this fit in coller master q300l |
Answer: | If it uses USB, then yes. They work with any USB connection. |
Question: | What does semi-nodular mean |
Answer: | Yes |
Question: | Which cables are attached to the psu |
Answer: | No. They have a USB cable attached. Vilros does sell a SNES 2.4 GHz wireless controller by itself. It is a good SNES controller. |
Question: | Anyone knows when this model was made |
Answer: | I bought these specifically for my PS1 Classic. These will only work with the PS1 Classic if you mod your Classic with Project Eris. Even after modding, you will have to load the games through Retroarch or Emulation Station instead of Sonys homemade emulator for this controller to register with the console. |

User questions & answers
Question: | Would this work with a z370 sli slim motherbaord |
Answer: | Yes, the z370 motherboard is a socket 115x so this CPU cooler will fit as long as there is a little space around the CPU socket (most should have more than enough space) |
Question: | Does the cooler work on a mobo intrl lg1151 socket |
Answer: | Hello Nicolas, Yes, this liquid cooler AIO should mount to an LGA 1151 socket without any issues. CM-PNguyen |
Question: | Is the cooler's tdp actually 130w? the listed figure is very low compared to similar cooler master aios |
Answer: | And now it’s 2020, still 130w tdp. 240 liquid cooling should be good for most 200-250 tdp chips, just swap the fan for an arctic or Noctua. |
Question: | Hi, I have read alot of reviews saying the therr is a design flaw, Can the manufacturer guarantee that the plsstic tabs will not brake |
Answer: | I owned three of these and all three had problems. The design flaw is the mounting bracket and the way it connects to the water pump. Under pressure the tabs will break and you must be vert careful when installing it. I have two break on installation and another pop after about 4 months of usage. I have built PC's for over 25 years, so I understand how to properly apply pressure when installing CPU coolers. I would wait until cooler master fixes this issue. Hopefully the next revision will have a better mounting system. |
