Answer:	I have mine as an exhaust fan and it fit the 120mm slot perfectly. It isn't the most powerful fan but it's well built and very quiet. I have mine installed on a Windows Server 2016 machine which runs non stop!

The three working modes are

1. Regular PWM fan control mode (default mode) for standard Intel standard four-wire fan control.

2. The conventional inverse timing sequence PWM fan control mode is used for most inverse timings four-wire fan control. These fans have opposite speed changes during normal control. It will be full speed when the control line is connected to the negative pole.

3. Inverse timing sequence fan 80% control mode, used for a very rare inverse timing fan. This fan has the opposite speed change in the normal control. The fan will shutdown when the control line connected to the negative pole.

Support manual control and automatic temperature control

Manual Mode: Do not install the temperature sensor,then single press (increase)/double press(decrease) the button to change the fan speed. (Change the speed and wait 20s, it will save the setting automatically. At the same time, the 2th indicator will flash. If the speed can not increase or decrease, the 3 and 1 indicator will flash.)

Auto temperature control mode: Install the temperature sensor and set the initial speed. When the temperature reach the speed-up temperature(Tu), the fan will speed up; when the temperature reach the full speed temperature, the fan will rotate in full speed.
