It saves some money on the cpu if you plan to use a graphics card anyway. The onboard graphics ports on the motherboard won’t work with an “F” processor though. If you don't know the vendor, wait for amazon to stock the product, and always wait for amazon on items with a huge demand, as 3rd party vendors should have zero reason to have cheaper mass marketed products over a larger, well established, and reputable company. There's no plausible reason a small 3rd party vendor should have better pricing. Period. |

It is night and day. Thermaltake will not keep the setting when you turn off the computer. Corsair will - when you turn it on, it is exactly what you want. Thermaltake has to be reset every time you turn on your computer. Seriously. Corsair is MUCH better. |

Only in the case when a processor is named as an OEM part or CPU Only will it be just that and nothing else. Should you replace your stock HSF unit for an aftermarket one, I recommend the Hyper 212 Plus. It's an exquisite HSF that works very well. |
