Answer:	Hi, I do not have an i9, so I cannot give you a definite answer. I bought it for my wife who has an i5 with Windows 10. It installed easily and works fine. She loves that she can play blue rays and record her pictures to DVD. I assume you are running Windows 10 so that is not an issue. Basically, as long as the PC has a SATA port the unit should work fine. Also, if for some reason it does not work, you should be able to return it. Good luck.

Answer:	I purchased and installed this drive. It is capable of playing 4k video Blu-ray discs, but there are licensing issues. My understanding now (after installing the drive unit) is that you must purchase software that is licensed to play 4K video Blu-ray or the machine will refuse to co-operate. I became frustrated at that point and did not pursue the subject any further.

The 20 megapixel slide copier makes good copies, but when you print the photo be sure you print at 600 or 1200 dpi to get decent photos; default 300 doi will not do it. Check your printer to see what dpi it will copy at.

Answer:	I don't understand the .4 and .6 inch dimensions. If they are standard 35 mm slide holders, they should work. If you are talking about the size of the film itself such as, 16 mm or 8 mm film mounted in a slide holder, they should also work. Your dimensions of .4 and .6 inches might be the distance from the edge of the slide holder to the film opening.As long as the thickness and outside dimension of the slide holder is the same as standard, they should work.

Before a duplicator burn session/cycle, the master disc information can be stored onto the HDD hard disk drive so that the original master will no longer be needed to perform duplication runs. By duplicating from the hard drive rather than burning off-the-fly, duplication time decreases with more stability and security provided for your duplicator.

The hard drive, when equipped on your duplicator, will automatically partition itself into smaller parts/folders where each master disc loaded onto the HDD holds one master source data partition. Selecting which partition to burn (and delete) from the hard drive can all be executed through the LCD controller panel of the duplicator.
