Over the past 2 years that I have been using the IOGEAR 4 Port KVM switch I have had a chance to use a number of keyboards and mice from simple generic to some very fancy gaming setups. Every device worked as expected. The reason being that this is the only KVM switch I know of at this price point that allows for full pass through of all signals to and from the computer. This allows the computer to see the keyboard and mouse and their respective drivers behave as expected. Most other KVM switches allow a limited number of the total signals to pass to and from the computer. This allow the computer to SEE the device and not the switch.
