Answer:	The illuminator is more of a liquid highlighter. Glotion is much more subtle and more like lotion with bit of a glowy finish(hence the name). Depends what you want it for. You could easily use the glotion on your body and all over the face like a normal lotion where as i probably wouldnt do that with the illuminator unless you wanted to look like a disco ball.
