Question:	can you use regular batteries in the fan
Answer:	For me it charged at 0.68 amps for a little over 8hrs. Here's the full detail: Two 18650 2600mAh batteries shipped w/ my USB/18650 powered OPolar fan. I immediately used it on high for about 4hrs (keep in mind the product is shipped w/ undercharged batteries due to safety regulations) when it died. A digital multimeter showed both batteries at about 3.4v each. I then charged it w/ both batteries in the fan via a USB wall charger connected to a DROK USB multimeter. It steadily drew 0.68amps until the batteries were almost full and then started trickling down as the charge SLOWLY completed. The DROK also showed cumulative mAh during the charge process as 5272, which just about matches the combined capacity of both batteries (2600 mAh x 2) and proves they are good/new & can store their original intended capacity. Both batteries were very cool to the touch(very good sign that they were not hot at all and the charge rate was safe) then registered 4.2v on the multimeter The entire charging process took a little over 8hrs (A bit too long for my taste, so I'll be looking for a standalone charger that I think can safely charge these particular ICR(least safe 18650 chemistry but packs the most power) batteries at 1amp total, meaning 500mAh each), which makes sense because 5200mAh (combined capacity of both batteries) / 680mAh (0.68amps) = 7.7hrs

Answer:	The USB/18650 battery powered fan comes with two (no extra) 18650 batteries and a USB cable., which can be used to plug into a power source for charging. No actual charger in the traditional sense (i.e. USB wall charger) is packaged with this product.
Question:	How do you know when the fan is fully charged? I see the red light while its charging but how do you know when the battery is fully charged

Answer:	Open the fan. On the flat part the holds the fan upright there are 2 plastic screw like things. This piece is shaped like a U. Turn each with a screw driver to remove. Then pop off the top cover. The batteries are inserted inside. Replace the cover and plastic screw like pieces and tighten them.

I've been charging it via USB overnight & it lasts during my 12-hr work if I don't turn it continously. Answer:	Just to clarify. This fan runs on 5 volts DC, which is the USB standard. You need to plug the fan into a USB port for power. That USB port can be a computer, or it can be one of those USB "cubes" (I suggest the 2.4 amp cubes). Most of those cubes will work on 110 volt (U.S. power) or 220 volt (Europe power). You will need the correct power "adapter" for the USB cube, because different countries have different configurations for their electrical outlets.
