Answer:	I am also a carpenter on my feet all day and this is the only shoe i like to work in They are the most comfortable shoe i have ever worn. I have went through 5 pairs, but i wea them everywhere. I have bad heel pain, but not with these shoes.

Answer:	This shoe has done well for me in wet snow where other shoes would absorb the wetness and draw it in. Also decent in low flowing creeks, but if the water comes in over the top all bets are off and the shoes can take longer to dry if they do get soaked.

Answer:	I'd call this more of a day trekker. It's a great hiking shoe for light backpacking. Can you run in them? Maybe for a quick sprint or something but not for actual running sessions. Why not run it for 30 minutes to an hour and see how it affects the problem you are trying to treat? If those results aren't satisfactory then run it for longer. Ozone is oxygen on steroids, it oxidizes things. This means plastics/rubber/electrical insulation can get brittle, fabrics can weaken (tear easily) and colors could fade with excess exposure.
