User questions & answers
Question: | will this work in nikon D |
Answer: | This card works with all the Canon and Nikon Pro body cameras, no exceptions. Though I've never owned the smaller body styles of Canons and Nikon's, (I shoot D2X and D4s models), if the camera indicates that it requires a card of this size ("CompactFlash Memory Card"), then it'll work with the camera. The higher the write rate, the faster your still images will get through the buffer. If you're shooting in low or dim light and firing away at 12FPS with each shutter release storing a 16.5mpg RAW image, then that card is where you really want to be! I recommend that you go with multiple 16gb sizes. Most pro-models take two or more cards so you won’t have to change them out until you went through 32GBs. The kind of shooting I do, (wildlife, Landscapes, low-light scenarios), I can’t remember shooting up a 16GB card in just one day of use, (I download all the shots to a computer or portable SSD at the end of the day as a rule anyway). If your shooting a racing car event, and your ‘shooting style’ isn’t one where you just hold down the shutter release and hope you get something, a single 16Gb for 2.5 to maybe 4 hours shooting should do it, (but always take a couple extras). Why not a 256GB card and then just bring the one? Well…The 'sinking feeling' that you’ll get is indescribable if (after camping and hiking north of the Adirondacks for 3 weeks), you somehow, accidentally dropped your only, 95% filled, 256GB memory card into a punch bowl of Vodka and Everclear. It happened just after you got home while you were celebrating, because of all those razor-sharp stills and 4K video of Bigfoot and the Lake Champlain monster you brought back with you... (now surely melting away at the bottom, of the bowl).Seriously, 2,3 or 4, 16GB cards significantly increases the odds that you won’t lose EVERYTHING because of some completely ‘unlikely mishap’, (I’ve had ‘em). All those really hard-to-get, ("once in a lifetime"), stills and 4K video gone because why? You didn’t want to carry 3 or 4 of these?FWIW |
Question: | Is this card compatible with a Canon 7d? Is it overkill if you don't shoot video |
Answer: | Kurt, all I can say is that I have the 7d and when shooting birds in flight, RAW, this card certainly enables more frames in burst mode (10fps) before the camera hits the buffer. If you ever want to shoot at max fps and high resolution for more than a second... well then it isn't overkill. Here is a site that posts various benchmarks with different camera bodies and cards. Good site to peruse before buying cards.http://www.cameramemoryspeed.com/canon-7d-mark-ii/fastest-sd-cf-card-comparison/Hope this helps. |
Question: | will this work with a nikon D |
Answer: | No, the D7100 has two SD (standard digital) card slots. The CF (compact flash) cards will not work with that camera. |
Question: | Does it work with nikon d800 . And is it type I or Type II please |
Answer: | Yes, the UDMA7 Extreme Pro 32 gb compact flash cards with 160mb/sec write speed work very well with my Nikon D800. |

User questions & answers
Question: | Will the SanDisk Ultra 8GB Compact Flash Memory Card work in a Canon 40D |
Answer: | Faster transfer, which allows better quality for longer time before the buffer fills out. In reality, it depends on the camera's buffer and the quality you are trying to film. If you want long videos at the highest quality then you need the speed. If you're doing short clips on DSLR, lower speeds may be sufficient. |

Question: | Is this a manufucturing second |
Answer: | I bought two of the single 512 MB cards. I don't believe it was in a bulk listing. It's been a while, but that is how I read my receipt. Hope this helps. The two I bought were 14.80 each, so the bulk package is probably 2 cards. |
Question: | how many in the bulk package |
Answer: | Yes. The Dimage uses type 1 & 2 compact flash cards just like this one. |
Question: | Will this work in my Minolta DiMAGE 7i |
Answer: | From what I see on blogs regarding this, you can safely use up to a 4GB card but no larger. Here is a blog from someone who owns the D70 >>>> D70 Owner in BLOG: I recently had this problem with my D70, camera locked up in the middle of a shoot while using a new 8 gig card. Found out after freaking out all day on deadline day that D70's can't go past about 4.2 gigs on any cards. The local cam shop owner said I should try updating the firmware, I haven't done that yet, but it could work. The CF card more or less crashed and I had to have them recover about 700 raw images. But it took about 4 hours to do and the papers wouldn't wait for that so I had to reshoot everything before deadline. |
Question: | will this work in a Nikon D |
Answer: | Sim Cards are rather large. My advice is to contact the Company that makes your Watch and ask them. Usually they will have the Cards that can be used listed already.Charles of "Higher Call" Photography & Music |

Question: | Will this work with a Nikon D |
Answer: | No.. it... will... not.... The maximum size card the D70 will take is 16GB. |
Question: | Is this card compatiable with Nikon D300S |
Answer: | I am not sure this card is used in canon cameras I think they make one for Nikon we do not shoot in Nikon |
Question: | Can it record in 4K |
Answer: | Yes |
Question: | Any Nikon D800 owners - how long can you record HD video to this size card |
Answer: | At 1080 I have been able to to record for about 90 minutes. |
Question: | Will this work on Ps |
Answer: | In a stock PS4? No. The PS4 can only hold a 2.5" hard drive internally. But, if you purchased the Nyko Data Bank for your PS4, you could essentially use any 3.5" hard drive that you wanted.Update: I just installed this hard drive in my PS4 (with an external set-up), and it functions FLAWLESSLY. |
Question: | Does this drive come w/any cables |
Answer: | Bare drive is just that ... BARE.You need a place to put it and that is where cable connections come into play.I use an external case/power supply and all cables came with it. (NexStar CX)Internal use might require purchase of a cable. I must use external since mycomputer is a laptop. ONE eSATA connection gives me a classic two drive system. The Toshiba is a third drive. Both are in external cases. |
Question: | does this hard drive last a long time? trying to find a good reliable one for a low price |
Answer: | Generally, Toshiba HDD's tend to last longer than most other brands but from time to time some bad drives get out there. You would be hard pressed to find a more reliable brand out there, overall. I have a Toshiba 350 GB HDD (circa 2007) that I just recently relegated to a older secondary PC that saw everyday use for almost 10 years and it is still going strong. |
Question: | Someone can to tell me what to do? after installation it not works and it was one month after bought. I tried to talk with Toshiba.com, too bad |
Answer: | I was shocked to just discover this drive is not listed on the Toshiba US website. I own three of the drives and one from 2014 just failed. When I went to investigate the warranty terms by putting in the model number in the support website (http://support.toshiba.com/support/modelHome?freeText=DT01ACA300), the pop-up error message was this product is unknown in the Americas, New Zealand, and Australia. I will post a review with a screen print of the message. |

User questions & answers
Question: | Hi, will this work for a Canon EOS D |
Answer: | Terrible. Old format. My card was corrupted straight out of package. Called Kingston and they did not gave a program to fix Kingston said they did not know you could get these cards anymore. They don't manufacture these cards anymore and there is no support |
Question: | Difference betw this & SanDisk Ultra 8GB Compact Flash Memory Card 50MB/s that's cheaper |
Answer: | Yes- not a supported card. |
Question: | Will this work for Canon Rebel xti |
Answer: | My guess is that the device you're putting it in can only accept up to 128 Gb cards. Try the card in another device and see if it says 238 Gb is available- if so, the card is fine and you can't do anything about the issue. If not, I have no idea. |
Question: | does this work with a Canon EOS 40D |
Answer: | The most a D1 can "see" is 2GB. So you need a 2GB CF card. |

User questions & answers
Question: | Is this compatible with a Nikon D |
Answer: | Yes! Compact Flash cards (or CF Cards) are what you need. Standish is a pretty reliable brand. These cards do, as they all do, do have problems though. I only have 2 of these at this size. Most of my CF cards are 8 and 16 gigs. I feel that safest with the 8 gig cards. Yes you have to change cards more, but if a card fails, its not 32 gigs worth of pictures. Go with the big brands like Scandisk. Don't use the no name brands because there cheaper. You will regret it! |
Question: | Would this work with a canon digital rebel xti |
Answer: | I believe so. |
Question: | what is the difference between sandisk extreme pro 128gb compactflash memory card udma 7 speed up to 160mb/s- sdcfxps-128g-x46 andsandisk extreme 128g |
Answer: | It Works in our cannon should work in any camera that takes that format of flash storage |
Question: | Does this work on most canon 5d mark iii? it won't work in mine |
Answer: | That camera takes Compact Flash Cards, such as this, but I'd suggest a card that has higher GB than 2. |

User questions & answers
Question: | Will this work with a sony A |
Answer: | My nephew installed it in about an 1/2 hour....he said all the plumbing parts were included or we reused...it even had the replacement seal because we had to remove the toilet. The only thing that it didn't have was the new water lines....you would have to replace them if they would not reach.... because of the added length. |
Question: | Will this work in a Cannon D |
Answer: | Once you put the regular toilet seat on top, you put in the long screw and tighten it beneath the toilet bowl. It takes a little maneuvering but I got it on very securely and it seems to be locked. |
Question: | will this card work in my Nikon D |
Answer: | Take off present seat, included in new seat are two long bolts that go into the two holes in toilet bowl. Very simple operation, attached nuts to bolts and tighten screws, after a day or two of use, retighten bolts. |
Question: | Does this work in a Nikon D |
Answer: | It bolts into the toilet where the seat normally bolts in. I bought it for my Mom, and it seems that my BIL had to drill out the holes in the toilet bigger to accommodate the hardware for this. Now a regular seat can no longer go back on that toilet. On the up side, Mom feels secure using this and is quite happy with it. For the new place we have built for her, rather than ruin a regular one, I chose to buy a comfort height toilet and got this http://www.amazon.com/Windsor-Direct-Foldeasy-Surround-Support/dp/B005TQQRNE/ref=sr_1_23?s=hpc&ie=UTF8&qid=1390656333&sr=1-23&keywords=toilet+rails It is very sturdy! I also bought a clamp on seat if she needs it, but I doubt she will need the height. |

Question: | Does this card work on Nikon D |
Answer: | Yes works great |
Question: | Will this work with my 5D mark ii |
Answer: | It worked well with mine. |
Question: | Will this work with the Canon 40D |
Answer: | Yes, Definitely. |
Question: | My card reader isn't reading this compact flash card...anyone know what may cause this? Would it be a speed compatibility issue |
Answer: | I had to upgrade my card reader to one that stated that it supported UDMA 7 cards to utilize the full transfer speed of this card. The cheap 50 in 1 type card readers I had wouldn't recognize the card at all. A better quality, but much older and slower (USB 1.1) dedicated compact flash card reader that I had in the back of a drawer read the card just fine. It took hours to transfer the data, though. A new card reader that specifically stated it supported UDMA 7 read the card with no problem and transferred the data much closer to the advertised speeds. |
