Answer:	I had bought the same mouse in gray/black a couple years ago and just bought a second one in black/black. The old mouse worked flawless and really like it. However, the scroll wheel on the new mouse feels rougher than the one on the older mouse. Otherwise operation is excellent.
Question:	Why does it have a low battery indicator
Answer:	I checked the SKU # on the mouse that I bought and it is the same as on the current one for sale. I can only guess that Tecknet uses the same mouse for a wireless model that would be equipped with a low battery light. Mine is definately a wired model and as far as I can see has no low battery lite.

Answer:	I have not been able to make the dish work with any of my receivers. Neither the reps from the company I bought it from or the rep from Direct TV provided any useful advice. It sits in my garage gathering dust.

Answer:	I don't know what a D12 receiver is. I have DirecTV service--have Philips DSX 5500 receivers. Also have used successfully years ago with old Hughes TiVo. Recently also set up (two cables)dish for DirecTV's DVR Model R15 "Dolby digital. I did not pay extra for high definition service nor did I buy a high-definition DVR which is Required for the upgrade in service . So i didn't purchase the dish that required more intricate positioning to bring in the high-def signalls (4, i think). The simple dish i bought is a treat to own. It is very simple and "universal". It is easy to set up for an ordinary signal. You would know if you Need the more intricate dish because u would have paid for all-around HD upgrade. The dish I bought comes with one coaxial cable and a Connection to attach a second Cable. I bought a second cable. Thus you can either attach two receivers, OR one DVR that requires two input cables. Just bring your "house" receiver for travel, as long as u didnt pay for HD upgrade. Installing is easier with two people. One to move the dish to sweep for the signal-- the other indoors to holler outside when the signal "beeps." I took the dish and receiver box /or DVR camping with travel trailer hookups many times. I will always stay with satellite as my source. Have dish. Grab and go! Use the Internet on your phone to find out your azimuth etc. good luck.
