Question:	This “combo” does not come with a mouse
Answer:	I got it with out the mouse. I like the sewit mouse better and it was under 8.99. Way better deal and better weighted with a metal base. The keyboard is decent but far from the best there are a few quality issues the light showing through 1 or 2 keys but that is really it... Ibuse it for work with the lights out and its a great budget key board.

Answer:	Use like any other keyboard. Here's the issue and why I returned the keyboard -- the font on the keys. My reason for a backlit keyboard is I don't touch type so I look at the keys and I need the back light at night so I don't need to turn on the lights. The font on the keys is just plain annoying. I gave it several weeks. Also, the back lighting is way over done on the bottom row of keys.

Answer:	I can confirm that it does not work with the TESmart DisplayPort KVM switch. Perhaps it requires a USB 3.0 connector.

Answer:	The top of the Apex 7 is plastic (despite being advertised as "aircraft grade aluminum") so it feels cheaper. The customization software is far more intuitive than iCUE and the board can handle 15 hardware effects instead of the 5 on the K95 Platinum or K70 Mk.2 (but it also can't do more via software like the Corsair). No RGB logo/lightbar or dedicated media keys, but instead you get an OLED screen and can still access media keys via the roller and button (the roller clicks down too).
Question:	States "whisper quiet switches", does it have membrane style switches? Need something more quiet than red switches, which to me are pretty loud
Answer:	The Apex 3 with the quiet switches is indeed MUCH quieter than any of the other options on the market I have found (including Cherry Red's, etc.). I would absolutely consider this a reduction in noise and is not clicky. Others must be referring to the other various flavors of keys versus this model.

Question:	Does it work with outemu switches
Answer:	Yes, it should work with any Cherry MX or Cherry MX clone switches. (Gateron, Kailh, Outemu). Some switches have two small plastic "posts" that you may need to remove for the switches to fit, but it is easy and quick to do.
Question:	Want to know if this keyboard has querty english layout with a big enter key or querty us layout
Answer:	You can clearly see the size of the enter key in the photos of the keyboard. That's exactly what the key looks like when it arrives.
Question:	How is the software for this keyboard? I read it doesn't have enough memory to hold colors you selected once you turn your computer off. True? Thanks
Answer:	The software isn't the greatest, but I haven't had any issues with it retaining the color I select upon shutdown and on the next startup. I feel confident though that the software will improve over time - I think it was just recently released (v1.0) when the RGB version of the keyboard came out. Also, it is worth mentioning there are hotkeys to quickly change the color/settings of the keyboard if the software isn't up to your liking currently.

Question:	are the keys the same as the keys on the macbook pro
Answer:	The newer MacBooks have a butterfly mechanism, which provides for very short travel and a firm feel, but which has had problems with dirt getting under the keys and incapacitating the keyboard. Apple may or may not have fixed this with a dirt barrier in the 2018 version. The magic keyboard has a scissor mechanism, which has proven to be reliable, and it has been reengineered for a shorter travel. It takes some getting used to, but I'm really getting to like it. Here's how Apple describes the mechanism: "A scissor mechanism beneath each key allows for increased stability, while optimized key travel and a low profile provide a comfortable and precise typing experience."
Question:	Can the magic keyboard and magic mouse be used at the same time with the same MacBook Pro
Answer:	Yes, you can pair multiple devices to host system. Just be aware that the more bluetooth devices you pair (especially older ones and new ones at the same time) the bluetooth can lag because it keeps switching the different bluetooth revisions. Normally it's not too bad but every once in a while it will freeze for a moment on my Mac (and in the tech logs it talks about bluetooth connectivity failed to connect, but it clears in a minute. If you have more than one computer or device where you would want to use the keyboard (such Apple TV) they can be paired with multiple devices but you must switch the input or turn bluetooth off (or disable the device) on the one you don't want to use the keyboard at present. This is only an issue if both the laptop & Mac are both turned on at the same time and within bluetooth range of each other.

Answer:	Yes, but Bluetooth is not strictly mandatory. If you connect this keyboard's recharging cable through to a computer's USB port, the keyboard can still be used on a computer without Bluetooth (such as many Windows desktop PC's). That is also how the keyboard can still be used if the battery dies and needs recharging just before a work deadline. Note the included cable is relatively short, so a USB extension cable would be required for an enduring cable run going all the way behind a desk and down to a computer on the floor.

Answer:	I purchased mine directly from Logitech, before it was posted on Amazon, but I received the normal keys, without all the extra symbols (same as the customer posted images).

Answer:	This from Bananas' review dated Sept 6, 2019. Hope it gives you a better idea of what to expect. FEATURES: I absolutely LOVE the backlighting. Logitech nailed this on the head. The backlight is a nice color, there's a variety of brightness options to choose from, and light bleed is kept to a minimum. The light turns off after about 5 seconds of inactivity, but you don't have to start typing again for the light to come on. You can move the mouse, or even just hover your hands above the keyboard, and the backlight will be on before you can even start typing. This implementation alone makes this keyboard worth its price. The keyboard also has a USB C port (cable is included) which makes charging a breeze.

Answer:	i take them off all the time. just pull iff ajd to out them back on, just line them up nice and even then with your thumb press down fast with a moderate amount of pressure and it just clicks right back in

Answer:	Yes, of course. Pressing Fn 8 will cycle through all 8 available colors for the entire keyboard. Now pay close attention to what I’m about to tell you, because many (if not most) keyboard manufacturers are going to try to fool you into buying their “RGB” keyboard. The entire RGB spectrum is comprised of 16.8 million colors including white (to gradually lighten the basic colors) and black (to gradually darken the basic colors) Without the white and black, the RGB spectrum is TINY. Unfortunately, this keyboard doesn’t provide the white and the black. So in this case, “RGB” colors are simple, single colors (as in: Blue + Red = Purple), NOT the entire spectrum. Most “RGB” keyboards only use 6 to 10 colors, not 16.8 million. Also, individual keys CANNOT be assigned specific colors. Some “RGB” keyboards use a “zone” lighting system in which the colors can only change in big chunks of the keyboard. By-the-way, most low-cost “RGB” keyboards use a similar system, NOT individually-assigned keys (per-key lighting) like on a $200 mechanical keyboard. What do you expect for a budget keyboard?

Answer:	Keyboard is at least partially metallic, and feels quite sturdy. I don’t yet know how many hours it gets on a charge.

Answer:	The keyboard connects only via Bluetooth, and not via the included USB cable, which is used for charging only. If your computer has an older version of the Bluetooth “Link Management Protocol” (LMP)—earlier than 4.0—you will need to plug a dongle into an available USB port in order to pair this product to your machine, but this will not be an issue for computers manufactured within the last few years.
