Answer:	The keyboard and mouse have to wake up and this takes about 3 seconds. Yea, I don't like it either. What I do before I do anything is to click the mouse then move it. When I click the mount I also press the shift key on the keyboard. While I wait for the mouse to wake up, the key board is waking up as well. I click on my password box and start typing as everything is typically awake.
Question:	Does this product require the wireless usb dongle for operation? Or can you use it without the dongle and strictly with bluetooth

Question:	Will the track pad work with an iPad
Answer:	Unless someone knows of another way, No, you must press the device select on the keyboard and mouse and neither can switch for the other. I believe it is because your PC, Mac or other device recognize them separately through the Bluetooth and not as one combined device.

Answer:	It works but it's not designed for mac. It has no option key or command key and it does not recognize four finger gestures.
